  • Bachelor of Applied Arts (Performing Arts)

    Students develop an extensive knowledge of dance genres and artistic endeavour in Māori, Samoan, Cook Islands and NZ contemporary dance. Third year students create a major body of work. LEVEL 7

  • Diploma in Stage and Screen Arts

    If you're interested in performing in theatre, television or film, this course will help you gain the skills required, including acting and movement. This intense, high-energy course requires dedication and commitment. LEVEL 6

  • Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance)

    This unique and vibrant programme prepares you for the commercial dance sector. The emphasis is on technical skills and performance experience. LEVEL 6

  • Diploma in Performing Arts (Singing)

    This course offers high level training in singing, acting and dancing. The focus is on the skills and talents required for the musical theatre industry. [delivered by our subsidiary company, Whitireia Performing Arts Co. Ltd] LEVEL 6

  • Graduate Certificate in Applied Arts

    Undertake specialised study and practice that extends your prior degree work, or explore a new direction of activity or different media through project work. LEVEL 7

  • Graduate Diploma in Applied Arts

    Undertake specialised study and practice that extends your prior degree work, or explore a new direction of activity or different media. A major project is involved to develop a body of work. Level 7
