If you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you will need to have the following before starting your application:

Your student ID Number
The name of the qualification you are receiving
A Credit Card or Debit Card to pay for your regalia hire
Your height and head circumference (in centimetres)

Please note: This application form is for Degrees, Postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas only. If you are graduating with a Level 1 to 4 Certificate, please contact your School directly.
